Please note that payments made through a Tax-Free Childcare account or third party childcare voucher providers can take longer to process. To ensure your invoice is paid on time, please make your transfer at least one week before the payment due date.

What you need to know
Advance Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance. The booking system will be opened during every school holiday for you to book as far ahead in advance as you like. The booking system will then be closed during the term time weeks.
Ad Hoc Bookings
We understand that there are extenuating circumstances. There may be an emergency. Some parents may work freelance or shifts and cannot always book very far in advance for the term. You do not have to pay upfront - you can arrange to split your payments equally in a monthly payment plan. Please go to page 13 of the Help Guide for how to set one up.
If you require an ad hoc or emergency After School booking during term time, you are able to request a ‘booking under approval’ on MagicBooking. This is to be used only for bookings for within that half term, and not beyond. These will be checked daily and accepted or rejected depending on space and availability. We may not always be able to accept your request but will do our best to find extra staff to meet your needs.
Cancelling bookings or if your circumstances change
If your circumstances change and you have made bookings in advance, these can be cancelled. We require a two week notice period.
We cannot ‘swap’ days at short notice. You will need to book any additional days required through ‘bookings under approval’.
However, if you know that your circumstances are going to change half way through a term e.g. you are starting a new job and you want to amend your booking, we will require a two week notice period to do this. To action this, the old booking needs to be cancelled and a new booking made. Please email admin@spiralfaces.org.uk.
Our clubs are now extremely full most nights, however if you do ever need a Friday, we always have some space!
Extending your time slot
If you know in advance (e.g. before 3pm) that you want to extend your child’s time at the club, please text the club phone before 3pm on 07803821016 with your child’s full name and the time you want to extend to. The Manager will extend the session for you and you will be charged the difference.
Late or Non collection
If you are running late, please call the club phone on 07803821016 as soon as you can.
If you do not collect your child on time with no notice, we will follow our late collection policy. A late charge will apply.
