This childcare provision is part of the school's Ofsted registration.

What you need to know
Advance Bookings
From September 2026 onwards we will be asking parents to book in advance only. This is to ensure that we can maintain effective safeguarding practices and monitor our ratios, staffing and food ordering ahead for each half term.
How will it work?
The Magicbooking system will be opened during every school holiday for you to book for the next half term (or beyond). The booking system will then be closed during the term time weeks. You do not have to pay upfront - you can arrange to split your payments equally in a monthly payment plan. Please go to page 13 of the Help Guide for how to set one up.
e.g The booking system will open between 27th July and 31st August for you to book everything you need up until October half term (or beyond). The booking system will then close. You will then be able to book more sessions when the booking system reopens during October half term.
Ad Hoc Bookings
We understand that there are extenuating circumstances. There may be an emergency. Some parents may work freelance or shifts and cannot always book very far in advance for the term.
If this applies to you, and you require ad-hoc After School Club bookings during term time, you are able to request a ‘booking under approval’ on MagicBooking. This is to be used only for bookings for within that half term, and not beyond. These will be checked daily and accepted or rejected depending on space and availability. We may not always be able to accept your request but will do our absolute best to do so.
An extra note:
All requests must come via Magicbooking. Please do not request bookings via the school, the club Mobile Phone or the Manager’s email address. Any children that are not collected from school, and are not on our register for that day, will be asked to wait at the school office and parents/ emergency contacts will be called to collect. This is in line with the school late collection policy and our child protection policy.
Cancelling bookings or if your circumstances change
If your circumstances change and you have made bookings in advance, these can be cancelled. We require a two week notice period.
We cannot ‘swap’ days at short notice. You will need to book any additional days required through ‘bookings under approval’.
However, if you know that your circumstances are going to change half way through a term e.g. you are starting a new job and you want to amend your booking, we will require a two week notice period to do this. To action this, the old booking needs to be cancelled and new booking made. Please email admin@spiralfaces.org.uk.
Extending your time slot
If you know in advance (e.g. before 3pm) that you want to extend your child’s time at the club, please text the club phone on 07720 685374 before 3pm with your child’s full name and the time you want to extend to. The Manager will extend the session for you and you will be charged the difference.
Late or Non collection
If you are running late, please call the club phone on 07720 685374 as soon as you can.
If you do not collect your child on time, we will follow our late collection policy. A late charge will also apply.
